We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns, exchanges and replacements may be granted at the sole discretion of Story Solutions LLC, as follows.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We will issue a full refund of your purchase, under the following conditions:
The product must be in original condition and returned with the original sales receipt.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. For returns valued at more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds can only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

Beyond 14 days, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. We do not offer exchanges or substitutions.
If your product arrived damaged or flawed, please notify us promptly by sending a photo of the damage or flaw. We will issue a replacement.
Services & Gift Cards
Service packages such as assessments, courses, and coaching purchased through the online store are non-refundable.
Gift cards purchased through the online store are non-refundable.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Final Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
